My work contains illustrations, typography and playful letterings next to reduced photo edits and clearly structured layouts aiming at the viewer's attraction followed by the delivery of information.

For me graphic design works best if it's capable of drawing one's attention by the blink of an eye — revealing the message on second sight, followed by an invitation to zoom in and find obvious and likewise hidden details, all together addressing the right emotions.

Putting these three levels in perfect relation will offer more than just plain information and attitudes, it will also make the design an object charming to the eyes, becoming an artwork to be a long lasting companion.

Besides making designs and artworks I also work at the Infinitive Factory. At the local letterpress studio in Graz assorted print products—from business cards to small posters but also notebooks, folders and packaging—are produced and processed.

Working manually with a vast spectrum of materials and colours, considering the unique features of different papers and various ways of production, created an awareness for the haptic values of design.

Thus, over the years I explored and experimented with various printing techniques and was happy to build a network with various printing studios, from risography to screen printing but also bookbinders, illustrators, graphic designers and artists that are always a pleasure to work with.
